Billy started Five Star Service NJ in 2019. While preparing for Five Star Service NJ to launch, he was running his sister company, Five Star Finish LLC since 2013. He is highly competitive, dedicated, and will work tirelessly to make sure the work associated with his name is nothing short of superior. Billy thrives to lead his team with a hands-on approach, and grow his company with a strong sense of moral integrity, commitment to quality work, and excellent customer service. Billy personally assists the team in working through client’s needs and concerns, scheduling and planning to ensure the project exceeds their client’s expectations.

Eric has well over a decade’s experience in both residential and commercial construction. Eric and Billy O. worked over 10 years doing full remodel construction (with a specialty in kitchen in bathrooms). Eric is committed to making sure his customers have the best experience and ensures that all the work is top notch quality.

Gianna feels that delivering world-class customer satisfaction is the foundation of the company's success and reputation. Gianna handles all of the bookkeeping and accounting functions. She has extensive experience in both accounting and administrative functions for a variety of industries and is eager to bring her talents to the construction world.
